Who are we
Responsive Analytix founder David Laws’ path to data analytics wasn’t conventional. Beginning his career in manufacturing, he gained firsthand experience of how businesses operate at the practical level – understanding production processes, workflow efficiencies, and operational challenges. This foundation gave him valuable insights that many data specialists lack, in particular, the ability to see beyond the numbers to the real-world business implications.
Since beginning to work with data in 2012, David has built a reputation for combining technical expertise with practical business understanding. After years of working with clients across multiple sectors – both directly and through consultancies like Cloud Formations – David founded Responsive Analytix with the aim of offering a more personalised approach to data solutions.
Unlike many technical specialists, David excels at making complex concepts accessible. He prioritises clear communication, preferring direct conversation to endless email exchanges, ensuring all stakeholders understand not just what he’s doing, but why it matters to the business.
